Shipping

Products are shipped from Kiskőrös or Mezőtúr, either by our own delivery service or by courier, as agreed with the customer and subject to the applicable delivery charge.

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are damaged or lost during transit.

For deliveries within the territory of Hungary, orders exceeding HUF 150,000 net qualify for free delivery.

Delivery Times

Customized / Branded Products

For products requiring printing, branding, or customization, the delivery time is typically 5–8 business days from the date the approved artwork or print-ready materials are received.

Alternatively, delivery will take place on the date specified in the order confirmation.

Payment Terms

For first-time orders, payment is required by advance bank transfer.

For orders with a total value of EUR 500 net or more, the following payment terms apply:

• 40% deposit upon placing the order;
• The remaining 60% balance must be paid either:
  • by bank transfer before collection or delivery of the goods; or
  • in cash upon receipt of the goods.

For approved business customers, payment may be made by bank transfer within 15 days based on the invoice issued upon delivery.

In the case of a framework agreement or long-term supply contract, payment terms shall be determined by mutual agreement between the parties.
